Terms & Refund Policy
Plain-English terms for Golden Hour Listings, operated by Roger Averbuj, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Placing an order means you agree to these.
What you're buying
A custom marketing website for one property listing, built from photography you supply and, in Signature and Premiere packages, cinematic motion scenes directed from that photography. Motion scenes are AI-assisted marketing renderings anchored to your real listing photos — they are presented as marketing material, not as documentary video of the property.
What you provide
The listing link, 8–10 photos, and your agent contact block (name as licensed, brokerage, phone, license number). You are responsible for having the right to market the listing and for compliance with your MLS and brokerage advertising rules; the site will carry the attribution you specify.
Photo rights & authorization
Listing photos are usually copyrighted by the photographer and licensed to you or your brokerage for marketing that listing. By supplying photos you confirm that you own them or hold a license that covers marketing this listing, and you authorize Golden Hour Listings to edit, process, and transform them — including creating AI-assisted motion renderings — solely to produce and host the site for that listing's marketing. If your photographer's license restricts edits or derivative works, obtain their permission before ordering. You agree to cover any claim, cost, or dispute arising from materials you supply — photos, listing facts, or attribution instructions. Checkout asks you to confirm this in writing, and that confirmation is stored with your order.
Timeline
Target delivery is 3 business days from receiving complete materials (48 hours for Premiere rush). Targets are honest estimates, not guarantees; if something threatens the timeline you'll hear from me immediately.
Revisions
Signature and Premiere include one revision round: a list of changes submitted together after your preview. Additional single-scene re-directions after the included round are available at a small flat fee quoted up front.
Refunds
Full refund, no questions, any time before production begins. Production begins when your materials are received and scene direction starts — you'll get an email marking that moment. After production starts, the revision round is how we make it right; if I can't deliver something you'll approve, I may refund at my discretion. Chargebacks filed without first requesting a refund forfeit the goodwill above.
Ownership & hosting
On full payment you receive the right to use the delivered site and its assets for marketing the listed property, for the life of the listing and your personal portfolio. Hosting on a golden-hour link is included for the life of the listing; custom domains can be arranged. The underlying tooling and templates remain mine.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
